Tina Kristine Todd 26, of Wilmington died Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at Cape Fear Hospital.

Tina was born in Onslow County on June 6, 1984 the daughter of Thomas Lloyd Todd, Jr. and Weena Newell.

Surviving in addition to her parents are husband Michael Lee Dixon daughters Laila Noel and Ocea’Lynn of Cedar Point, brothers Daniel Horne, Steven Horne and Thomas “Buzzy” Todd, sisters Amy and Debra all of Wilmington.

A graveside funeral service will be conducted 3:00 PM Friday, March 11, 2011 at Oleander Memorial Gardens. The family will see friends from 1:00 until 2:30 PM Friday at Wilmington Funeral & Cremation.

    Tina was my niece and I loved her very much.She will truly be missed. My prayers are with the family especially her beautiful children.Tina spent many days at my house when she was little. She loved playing with my children especially Steven. The world was a better place having Tina in it.Tina is with God now and she is in no more pain. May God bless the family and make the pain bearable.

You taught me to always have a sense of humor and to make light of bad situations. I regret that our kids have not had the chance to experience the same kind of friendship we had, with each other.
