I just saw you 3 weeks ago - I recognized your New Jersey accent and your ever deliberate method of communication! I will miss you. I will stop in and bug Marty from time to time as I know you would want. May your spirit be well and those left behind be drenched in good memories to bring them peace. Warm hugs to all of the Malters'.

Richie you were full of life growing up and I feel honored to have been a part of that. I was very saddened to hear of your cancer. My condolences to your family and may all the happy memories that you have created (which there are many!) help all to get through the hard ones. May you rest in peace and be pain free.

My condolences to the Malter family. Richie was a friend and neighbor of mine, growing up in Fair Lawn, NJ. I remember him as a spirited boy, with a big heart. I'm so glad to learn that he grew to have a good life, with a wonderful, loving family. Very best to all of you.

My thoughts and prayers are with Richie's family. It was my privilege to call Richie a friend. We met at FLHS and remained in touch for many years. I hope that he knew how much he meant not only to his family, but to the many friends that he made throughout his life that was far too short. Rest in Peace, you will be missed.
