    Sandy Roberts says:
Neva was a wonderful caring person that touched so many lives. Despite her own problems, she still reached out to others. No problem was too great or small for her to gladly lend an ear to or a shoulder to cry on. There was a lot on her shoulders but still she gave of herself freely and with love. Perhaps it was this quality that made her so strong. I think of Neva as a bright light. If you were ever in a room with her, you would know what I meant. Everyone gravitated to this source of light and love. In darkness, she was a glowing candle. Somehow I know that light has not gone out. Her passing is a loss for those of us still here and I extend my deepest sympathies to her family, but know that somewhere her light and love still glow. Neva often spoke of seeing a ring of roses surrounding someone she was praying for. Well now, those roses are adorning her. That is Neva-a beautiful warm glowing light surrounded in roses. I will always think of her in that way.
