    Rick Parker says:
I often think of how kind the Phelps family was to me when I knew them many years ago. Kim was a kind, true, loyal and sweet young woman. Most of my memories of Kim involve what a great mother she was and how much she loved her children and her whole family. She had a lot of class and I remember how much happiness she brought to all those she touched, in life. My prayers go out to Kim and her entire family in this very difficult time. Her memories are and will always be most welcomed in my heart. Warmly, Rick Parker, childhood friend of family
