Julie, I am saddened by your loss. You have always been friendly and caring to me. Watching your video shows what a wonderful family you have. I know your family will be a great comfort to you. I have missed seeing you and working with you. I knew I could always trust you to help me get things done the right way and all the while do it with a warm smile and kind words. You made the difficult, easy and gave me support to go in to the public meetings with confidence. Please know my heart hurts for you and your family. If there is ever anything I can do for you, do not hesitate for a second to call on me. My family and I extend our sympathies for your loss and our hope that your pain will be lessened over time. Sincerely, Phil
