    Dear Zack and Corey: I just happened to go online to the Wilmington Burial and Cremation site this am to check on arrangements for a church member and saw the name Alden Gooden and knew that name. Oh, how sorry we are for your loss. 25 years ago next month, my wife and I lost our second son, Jesse, after he was born. He only lived 6 hours. I recall how hard that was for us and at times still is. It doesn't seem possible that it has been that long. I didn't know until recently that McAuley was so ill and will not be able to attend the service today. I will sure be thinking of you and your family. If you need someone to listen or care - we are hear from you. I was appointed Sr. Pastor of Wesley Memorial UMC in June, after having been in Fayetteville for 8 yrs since I left Wesley's Chapel. My office number is 791-4092 and our church is located at 1401 S. College Rd, Wilmington - better known as the Pumpkin Church. Take care of yourselves and know that McAuley and Janice are helping the good Lord to take care of your precious Alden and our baby boy, Jesse.
